Nice big room with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Car parking was good and the extensive grounds were very well maintained. Bar was ok and staff friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared and of excellent quality with a good selection of cereals.

  Mooie, ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goede faciliteiten. - I did not expect such a good hotel considering it was only a 2 star. Clean, comfortable and good food. - Very enjoyable breakfast. Nice comfy room , lovely Georgian building. Staff very friendly and helpful

  I love the staff here at the Grimscote Manor. I'm always made to feel at home and not just a faceless guest. There is a high standard of hospitality, care and attention to the small things that differentiate this hotel from any other. A popular hotel with it's guests who regularly re-book. I'm one them too. Thanks to - This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out. 2 amazing Christmas trees up in the Reception Rooms. I will definitely use again

Food was great, evening meals were priced reasonable. And an excellent morning Breakfast. Would stay there again

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. Best for us is proximity to NEC, good park for walking our dogs & the welcome we always get from Joyce a real treasure for the hotel. Thank u...

  Zeer aangename en behulpzame uitbater . Gezien ligging buiten de stad ook een voordeel er 's avonds te kunnen eten. Ook was het bed van zeer goede kwaliteit. - Hotel is close to Birmingham, international station and airport, yet is peaceful. Propriator and staff were very helpful and attentive.   Het was in alle opzichten voortreffelijk. Geweldige service en ondersteuning waar nodig! - The owner was extremely efficient and accomodating. She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellen... wat mensen zeggen » t and the house was in a lovely quiet village. I would definately stay again. - The hostess's attention to detail was very good. We spent two nights there and she was very attentive to us on arrival, at breakfast, and put the room in excellent order for our second night.
