The couple at Mardon House were brilliant people, they were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was outstanding and worth every penny. The room was excellent, the owners were lovely, and the full english breakfast was to die for.the staff were very welcoming and very nice people which made the stay very comfortable. alle beoordelingen »

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the rooms are excellent and theowner could not do enough for you. We had a very relaxing time and thatbeing the main reason we went, just to get away from normal life for awhile. Thank you for a very enjoyable weekend!. Warm welcome, and very helpful at all times. very nice room breakfast great. Personal touch. The friendliness from the owners and the large rooms. The bottle of wine and strawberries and shortcake were nice on arrival. The breakfast is very good, I would definately recommend the omelettes....they were superb!!. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Enjoyed the swimming pool. not anything at all.Vey slightly out of the way. It was generally very good but our room, The Brookside had a slight musty damp smell and fresh towels would have been nice when staying more than one night,but having said that, im sure if we'd asked we would have been given some fresh ones. On the whole it was a pleasurable stay and the owners are really nice people.Bed was not made during the day and coffee cups were not changed. We expected both of these to be done as a matter of course.
