  Hotel was very attractive - old and full of character with a good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Situated in the centre of town, convenient for railway station and shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. - The friendly and excellent service provided by all staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

  The Drovers is a friendly local hotel with a most helpful staff. Very clean room with white cotton bedlinen. Extremely reasonably priced. It is well placed for anyone wanting to visit many local sites: Pendine Sands, Laugherne, Llansteffan, Tenby, the Gower Peninsula and, of course, Carmarthen itself.
