Wat mensen zeggen
We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were great and listened to my complaint about being woken early by the noise made by a "Party" returning at 4.30am !! Refund offered and accepted.
It was clean & worth the money, staff friendly and helpful, you go to the Brewers Fayre across the way for breakfast plenty of choice(about 2 seconds)15minutes walk into the city centre there is a bus. There is free parking Was visiting our son who lives there..alle beoordelingen »
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Location was a 15 minute walk from the centre but nice and quiet. Breakfast was not included but available for a reasonable price in the restaurant next door.
Stayed there on a number of occasions now as it is close to local amenities, I use when I am on a night out in Cardiff. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Good check in and check out times.
Spacious rooms, décor, cleanliness, helpful staff, breakfast and dinner
service, quality of food, relaxation in quiet area, close to amenities
and Cardiff Bay,
comfy rooms brilliant large TV, access to internet.
All the staff that we came across were very friendly and helpful. The room that we were given was in a quiet part of the the building, which was spot on.
Location of hotel and the fact that it had car parking facilities, also it provided first class accommodation that was very good value for money.
Very good location for the Millenium stadium, with good food and bar with friendly helpfull staff. Will stay again if not fully booked up.
Great comfort, staff and breakfast. £5/6 cab to Cardiff City station and or Cardiff City! Very pleasant stay. Thanks Premier Inn.
Super staff, excellent room, very good Brewers Fayre next door - with a machine that actually makes |Toast on a single pass !!.
V helpful and friendly staff who gave us directions and advice when we checked in.
Later check-out time.
Came for rugby international and found the staff very good, the room spotless and the bed comfortable.
Able to walk into city centre. Easy access by car to Mermaid Quay. Spacious room. Good parking.
The presentation of the room was very good, it was clean and the everything was laid out nicely.

Convenient location to the City and Millennium Stadium.

Staff were pleasent and helpful.
Excellent location.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of Cardiff city centre, so very good for free parking and access to local facilities. The hotel was also in a quiet industrial estate, so low noise levels.
The majority of the staff were lovely and friendly. The taxi service
provided was excellent. Staff in the pub opposite were friendly and
helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
Close to city centre and motorpoint arena less than 5 mins in taxi. Friendly helpful staff.
The Breakfast selection was excellent in the Brewers Fayre.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.
I liked the offers they had on in the restaurant.
Nice quiet area but close to city centre.
reception staff very friendly and helpful.
clean and comfortable and quiet.
Nice comfortable hotel.
Clean.
Being woken at 4.30am by a Hen Party returning after their night out ! Shouting and running up the corridors, banging on doors and generally being annoying as this continued for a hour. Even asked them to be quiet twice as we were in a "quiet Zone " but no joy !!!!!.
Soap dispensers in bathroom were difficult to use. Price was high for the standard of hotel but there was a major sporting event on in Cardiff so most hotels seemed to have increased their prices for the dates stayed.
Nothing to dislike.
No bar at the hotel and the Brewers Fayre pub on the site closed at 11pm. We would have liked to have been able to have a couple of drinks and relax after a night at the theatre. In addition the barman at the pub was not very friendly and when we arrived at 10.30pm he did not make us feel welcome. In fact he gave us the impression he did not want to be there and did not want us, and other customers, there either.
A ways out of the city centre - with no shops around, (except one Lidl if you need it) so if you're looking for restaurants and shops this isn't the place to stay.
Water pressure in the room (Shower) a bit low.
Dislkike recent Company policy of removing phones from rooms - having to make an external call (and then via 4 options) just to speak to Reception downstairs.
I must admit the food at the bar was not the best, several items were unavailable and we had to switch our choice and the lamb shanks we had were very dry/not fresh.
Mattress on bed was a bit hard!.
There was a lot of broken glass on the carpark from vehicles being
broken into. This puts you off parking in the carpark. When I asked the
staff about it they asked me to move my car closer to the reception for
safety reasons.
Breakfast at Brewers' Fayre was poor with dirty utensils and plates.
Weird payment policy with paying with cash (Is this normal?).
Dont download their own map with directions to get there!!! tried to follow them but what should have taken 15mins took 11/2 hours!! found two other premier inns on the way!!!.
location- it is a bit of a stroll to the centre and the roads are not very pedestrian friendly (but that's not down to the hotel).
There wasn't anything I didn't like all great.
Cardiff signing could have been better - there were signs when coming off the A48 but the didn't say which PI it was for ! Found ours in the end though without TOO much trouble. Could have been provided with more tea/coffee/milk ?.
N/A.
Although close to Cardiff Bay area, we tried walking there one evening and it was not fun - very big busy roads and very unfriendly for pedestrians.
there was nothing to dislike.
slightly long walk to city centre for us oaps.
nothing.
Rooms too hot and my son ended up sleeping on the floor.
We ate at Brewer's Fayre Thurs eve. I had prawns and was sick during the night. I went to speak to the manager just to inform him. He was unsympathetic, near enough called me a liar and started to quote inaccurate medical statements about food poisoning. I have been a paramedic for 20yrs. I only wanted to let him know, nothing else. The least I expected was some humanity. We will not eat there again.
The room was a bit too hot.
n/a.
Nothing really.
Poor quality bed.
Too far from city centre with wheelchair.
Fire alarm went off at 06.45 on Saturday morning, accidentally set off by another guest spraying deodorant underneath smoke detector! Not great when our first stay away from our little one in nearly 2 years and hoping for a lie-in!.
The night Manager/Porter. He was rude, abrupt and offensive when we
re-entered the hotel, after a night out. He was extremely opinionated
and very indiscreet on both nights that we stayed there. He warned us
that he would be performing night patrols outside our rooms and
listening for any noise. This warning was given to us in a rather
threatening manner, which is not what you want to hear when you are 2
young ladies travelling on their own.
Beds a bit too firm! Sheet on double bed was clean but stained.
The day time menu for the attached Brewers Fayre was not very good, not much choice apart from fried foods.
The temperature in the room, and the price of the stay.
I didn't like the smell of sewage we got after flushing toilet in
our room. And we couldn't be moved to another room because the hotel
was fully booked!.
we enjoyed our stay.
The walk to the city centre was badly lit and further than described.
Could have used an earlier breakfast.
A little far from the town.
rooms are far too hot 26/27 degrees even with window open and the two room fans running with the outside temp being about 17 degrees , the childrens beds provided were uncomfortable .
