  We all had an amazing week, the staff were so friendly, the rooms lovely and all our needs were catered for! We will be back before the summer is out! - Warm and welcoming especially on a wet and windy September day. The host and hostess were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

  The hospitality of the hotel owners is fantastic, they are there to help you anytime, they are always there and are very happy lovely people. The bedroom was just what we needed with immensly large and beautiful bathroom with sea view!! It was fabulous! - Everything! The owners and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent ... wat mensen zeggen » - very clean and well equipped with a fabulous view. The food was very good. Our family were camping locally and we all ate in the hotel one night - everyone had an enjoyable evening especially with the table quizzes provided! Highly recommended - we hope their investment is rewarded - they deserve it! - We had a lovely week at the Edgcumbe which has been recently tastefully refurbished to a high standard. The staff were a joy and could not do enough to help. The food, both breakfast, and dinner which we enjoyed on two nights, was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we are in that area. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel.

  Everybody at the Hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel itself was very clean and the room cleaning was first class. Breakfasts were of a good size and the quality of the ingredients was great. Setting of the Hotel was excellent and the views were wonderful. We were sad to leave. How spotlessly clean the hotel was, rooms serviced daily, fresh towels provided daily. Attractive decor throughout. Excellent food served in a very pleasant dining room. Location overlooking Crooklets beach, waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the waves coming on to the beach from our bedroom window was lovely!

Above all I would say that despite long hours of dealing with the general range of customers needs in a busy environment, all - I had visited bude about ten years ago but was unable to see much of the area as it was for a bereavment so i wanted to spend a little more time there so i returned there this time last year unfortunately i was delayed in my arrival and the weather was not to great but the Brendon Arms was most wecoming and i hand a fantastic meal that night which made me want to return which i did getting more time to enjoy Bude and the Brendon Arms was just as good as last year.
