We were made to feel very welcome by the very pleasant staff.They werevery helpful,nothing was too much trouble,and I must say,ALL of thestaff were Smiley and happy,and in this day and age that was very niceto see. 100% pleased!!!!. size of room, cleanliness of room, location of the hotel, staff were excellent. Not having any problems at all during stay. Nice modern lodge.

A huge relief after staying in a very dirty, 'aged decor' hotel the previous night. Nicely appointed comfortable room. A local shop, chinese take away and fish and chip shop in immediate vacinity.the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the restaurant attached to the hotel is superb. good car parking, friendly staff, large,comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff , with a "could'nt do too much for us" attitude. Proximity to family in Bromsgrove. Pleasant and friendly staff, very willing to help. In all a very nice visit. The room size and breakfast represented good value for money within the price range.it was comfortable and i felt at ease. i didnt have time for breakfast as i had to leave before. but it was nice. I wasdisappointed at that. Could not fault it, even the breakfast was nice and included in the price.more channels on tv?. Breakfast was too late for me at the weekend!. Shower didn't work. Booked a double room, allocated a twin room. Room too dark even with all lights on, Breakfast room too dark. Generally too hot; in my room I turned heater off. transports are not good. Internet was not working in rooms.
