  Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. We had a view of the park across the road and it was good to keep the window open all night for fresh air. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)). Breakfast was delicious! In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

  Staff easily contacted and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful, decor was stunning and extremely clean throughout, with great facilities to use. I came with a group of friends who all enjoyed there stay. It was easy access into the centre of bath and only a short drive to the surrounding countryside.   We loved everything about this beautiful Manor House - it's quaint, atmospheric, comfortable and luxurious with the most amazing and incredibly friendly owners, Norman & Beth. We will be going back without a doubt! The rooms were clean, comfortable and were the right mix of having a modern feel in a very old building. Beth & Norman opened the - There was a cosy family feel to the hotel, with only 5 or 6 bedrooms and a very personal touch. We were offered a cup of tea in the garden when we first arrived, and breakfast was cooked to order and served in a family dining room with the other guests in the morning. The piano in the hallway was utilised by another guest and it was pleasant to hear in the morning while we were getting ready. The hotel is quaint and eccentric, which gives it some charm. There is a lovely little pub just up
