  I stayed in a single room which was extremely cosy, comfy and quiet. The cooked breakfast was very delicious. Karen, the hostess, is really friendly and will provide you all the necessary info to ensure you will have an enjoyable stay in Bath. Some people may be put off by its location cos' it takes 25 minutes to walk uphill from the train sta... wat mensen zeggen » tion / town centre. However I really enjoyed the walk especially in the early evening when it's so pleasant and serene. Alternatively you can take t - The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the city, having lived there for many years.They took to the time to make us feel extremely welcome and informed my girlfriend and I about where was good to visit in the city, whether it be a bar, restaurant or tourist attraction. The 4 poster room we stayed in, was bright, clean, extremely comfortable and had a aired of wealth about it. We had a great weekend away and the hotel/owners played a strong part in this.

  Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.

  The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! The bar was comfortable and had a relaxed and happy feel, whether during the day or the evening. The restaurant was first class, with delicious food and exc... wat mensen zeggen » ellent service. This was the perfect location for visiting Bath as it took us less than a 2 minute walk to be in the centre! Ask for a river side view - Doing the paperwork early so that there were no delays when we checked in later.
