  The friendly helpful service. The delicious toast made with home made bread and delicious home made muffins at breakfast and there was always a choice of breakfasts. Very clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are new. Proprietor was happy to accommodate requests like a small jug of fresh milk in the room on the courtesy hospitality tray wh... wat mensen zeggen » ich was refreshed each day. Would like to stay there again and would book with letsbookhotel.com it was so easy. In general all of the locals were v - By far the best B&B I've stayed in! The wifi works, which if you're a traveller you'll know is extraordinary. The atmosphere of the B&B is lovely. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. The full English breakfasts were excellent with optional specials of Kippers, Eggs Benedict, Smoke Salmon & Scrambled Eggs. The homemade muffins and bread are a must!   What a wonderful experience! The proprietors of the hotel were so kind and welcoming - it really felt like a home from home. Breakfast was superb and the owners were great with my sand covered children! Also, a superb location close to all the amenities you would need for a holiday at the seaside. would thoroughly recommend it. It was a fantastic ... wat mensen zeggen » family treat. Would love to go back again. - The owners were very warm and welcoming but not intrusive. The suite was a great size and nicely decorated, beautiful sea views (even in the rain!), wonderful bathroom, nice touches everywhere (my husband appreciated the hot chocolate packets rather that just the standard tea & coffee), delicious breakfast, convenient and free parking, great town location.

  From the moment we booked, we were receiving recommendations and tips from Yuup and John. They are the perfect hosts, will be there to greet you, all logistics are smooth but – equally – they give you all the private space you need. It’s a very liberal place – if you’re reading a novel from the (impressive) library and want to take it with you, yo... wat mensen zeggen » u’re most welcome. The breakfasts are the best I’ve had in a B&B, and I’ve stayed in a lot. Homemade bread, absolutely amazing pancakes and fresh - A superb B&B, the best I've ever stayed in. Run by a really nice couple, who really do take an interest in guests and how you can get the best out of your stay. Sizeable and spotless room, with glorious view, really good bed/matress and powerful shower. Fantastic breakfasts, particularly the scrambled egg/salmon. Beautiful location with great beach nearby and walks in the hills readily accessible, though Barmouth itself fairly basic. Would love to come again.

  The location of the house is superb; you can see it from right down by the estuary.The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Sue was very helpful indeed at helping us to locate the cottage where the family were staying, and she was very friendly and chatty. The bathroom was luxurious,lovely fluffy white towels. We were trul - Everything. On arrival a very warm welcome from Sue, the owner. Staying in a fascinating boutique b&b, with any number of interesting curios dotted around. Extremely comfortable and expansive rooms, with stunning sea / mountain views. an ambience which is as close to being part of the family as we have ever enjoyed.
