It was great to stay at a B & B where the owner genuinely enjoys what he is doing, that is making you feel welcome and goes that extra mile to ensure you are looked after. Darren really made us feel at home and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it to all our friends. Friendly and helpful service and well located for the mountains, the whisky trail and Inverness. We even sprinted to John O'Groats from here to join the end to enders. Furniture a bit dated but adequate. Enjoyed the stay and the breakfasts.
alle beoordelingen » Best nights sleep I had on our 7 days journey. The mattress was good and firm and the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Darren is a great cook and we very mush enjoyed his breakfast and visiting with him. Amazing hospitality, the room was clean, comfortable with modern bathroom and design, fantastic breakfast, everything you could possibly need! Great stay thank you!. Close to Inverness, but just far enough away. Very quiet location. Nice conversations with hosts. Great advice for how to enjoy the area on the way to Perth. Nice place. Daren, our host, was very friendly. 10 miles to Inverness but just near Fort William and the sea :-). The bed was incredibly comfortable! Views were amazing of the seaside! Area was friendly and quiet!. Nice facility and a really nice room and en suite - breakfast was really nice as well - great host. Very well placed for airport. Well appointed and comfortable. Good local pub walking distance. Pleasant place to stay a bit off the beaten track but good value for money. Very homely....not like the standard B&B....and also welcoming!. Room was terrific & host was very friendly and helpfull. very friendly made to feel at home,will be stopping again. Lovely views over the lake. Friendly, helpful owner. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Location. Staff, food, location by the beach. Breakfast And Friendly. Clean. Staff very obliging and helpful. Room smelt somewhat of cigarettes which was a bit off putting for a non smoking room. Nothing!. Not a lot in the town for late night eateries. Couldn't get the jets to work in the tub, only stayed one night so didn't discuss with host, he may have been able to fix it, but this wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of this very comfy room!. a little remote. Doesnt take cards. Noisy house in that floors, windows, etc creaked and walls were "thin" which is a construction issue NOT a fault of the owners. Bathroom coupd have been cleaner, esp the floor and dead flowers in bedroom in stagnant water.
