  Arrived into hotel after a long flight late at night with 2 young children. Nicole was so genuinely helpful and caring and got all our check-in smoothly done. All our tiredness & tension was alleviated and had a great nights sleep. Next morning at breakfast Karen took care of us brilliantly - nothing was too much bother. Will use this hotel again - even if I'm not using the airport!! - A bit pricy for a generic hotel without any character, but clear and comfortable. Convenient for airlines connection..about a 8 pound cabride (10 minutes) from airport. Restaurant generic, American style, very busy. Nothing else around (in an industrial park) so no other eating options. Check with attendant to make sure no groups are booked for dinner, otherwise no dinner for you!

It was very modern & stylish. The staff from beginning to end were amazing ... So so friendly. We stayed for 2 nights but on the 2nd night we decided we wld like our 9 yr old Grandson who we were visiting in Edinburgh to stay the night with us. We asked reception if that wld be possible & within 10 mins a z bed was being set up in our room. We had a great weekend & will definitely be going back. My Grandson was well impressed also.. Hi - The location was great, not to far out of Edinburgh. There is a bus stop 50yds from the hotel and you can get a bus to Edinburgh which costs £3- 50p return. which is a dam sight cheaper than the £20+ it costs to park for the day. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is a very modern design and beautifully appointed. Don't be put off by the fact its next to Tesco's on a retail park, its just brilliant planning as if you are going out for the day you can go and get food to take with

  We loved every minute of our stay at South Queensferry. My two children 9yrs and 8yrs want us to book to go back. The staff were so friendly and very helpful when my children couldn't connect to the wifi. Nothing was a bother to the staff, very helpful. My children thought it was Paul's hotel, he was always there to give us help and advice.   We could not have been happier with this hotel. Although it is located in an office park, the train station in literally right next door a seven minute train ride (two stops) will take you right into downtown Edinburgh (Waverly Station).   The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the stay ... wat mensen zeggen » was the very friendly, black resident cat. He greeted us most days out the back and was very pleased to get some good pats, just not keen on being pic - The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.
