  Beautiful property with high end modern décor. We were made to feel very welcome and cannot fault this accommodation or the lovely breakfast with superb views. Only a few minutes to Edinburgh yet this luxury B&B was a quiet country retreat from the city bustle.   The friendliness of the owners .The room had everything required for our short stay teas made TV ironing board hairdryer en suite toilet & shower and much much more .A smashing Scottish breakfast in the morning .And most of all some where to park .The Priory Lodge is very close to the town centre which makes it handy for buses to Edinburgh an... wat mensen zeggen » d sightseeing of the Forth Bridge and other sights being close to the town means there are a few bars and restaurants near the Priory Lodge for lunch - Very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless bed comfortable no need to ask for anything in room bath robes sewing repair kit tea/coffee fridge iron/ironing board wine glasses corkscrew even cotton buds/eye pads.Breakfast was delicious with a very good choice and price was excellent.Would highly recommend Priory Lodge to anyone thinking of a visit to Scotland. Central for sight seeing.

  The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. - Friendly greeting from lovely host.   Owners were friendly and helpful in answering email questions before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage there prior to checkin and after checkout. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. Full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere (4 guest rooms) along the river. There is a nice bicycle path alon... wat mensen zeggen » g the river and many people stop for a bite to eat or drink at their coffee shop. The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many - I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.

  We were going to Edinburgh for a few days so wanted somewhere reasonably priced. From the outside it looked tired but once you stepped inside it was freshly painted, our too. Was a twin and very spacious again freshly painted and bathroom newly installed. Bed Lin all new we couldn't fault it at all.
