I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. sample all of the Piersland's facilities. However I did find the
staff and bar service first class. The room was the lodge/cottage to
the left. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort
and layout. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.

Fantastic Value for money. The rooms were huge and so was the bed. All modern fittings with speakers in bathrooms. Breakfast was exellent with a wide choice and all the staff seemed to genuinly enjoy their jobs which rubbed off on the atmosphere. I will deffinatly return! -

there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge.
Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of
mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house
is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs
benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too.

This cute b&b by the sea was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and the sea.
