  Great people! They are very attentive to both the B&B and to their guests. This was our first stay at a B&B. I was soo excited to see how clean and neat everything was and our room, The Avalon House B & B was, everything I was hoping for and more. When we couldn't make breakfast on our last day (which was really sad because breakfas... wat mensen zeggen » t was AMAZING), the manager packed us a delicious, nutritious breakfast to go. The personal touches were everything. You can't go wrong with The Ava - Manager went over and above to make us feel welcome - we were in St Albans for the half marathon and he was more than happy to let us use the room again after check out time to shower after the race, which was very much appreciated.

  This place is fantastic! A warm and cosy Traditionally styled Pub/Restaurant. There is ample parking right outside the entrance which we need for our enormous van. The Staff are 100% attentive and the service is quick too, the food and wine was particularly nice and at a reasonable price too. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the B... wat mensen zeggen » reakfast plentiful whatever you prefer. Truly excellent!!..I can't wait to return. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served was excellent. We so enjoyed our first evening meal that we returned for the second evening before we returned home. We were able to leave the car parked there while we used the bus, which stopped right outside the hotel, to visit St Albans.

This hotel has charactor something that many modern hotels don't have every room has its own charm and qualaties. Beautiful 18th Century hotel, with fabulous hotel suites, designed for luxury and comfort. - The staff was very accomodating in providing assistance in booking aroom due to no reservation being received from LetsBookHotel.com. On the last day, they had a cancellation andwere able to cancel the other reservation so we could stay.
