  The staff were really friendly. Any questions or quieries we had were ansered and they went out of there way to be helpful. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphre within the hotel. Value of money. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  Home from home comfort and excellent food. Great location in Mudefordand we had superb weather which was a bonus. Have stayed several times -a lot of the rooms are individual. - Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would have changed would have been the weather!! I can imagine it being a beautiful place to stay in the summer.
