  I needed somewhere cheap to stay for a night after attending a wedding in Bournemouth and this place was a bargain at £30. The hotel itself was great, the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were very friendly. The best thing though, was the Manager, Karl (or Carl? Spelling?). This will definitely be the first place I consider next time I stay in Bournemouth! - The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, willing to go out of his way to make our stay as best he could. Very clean, lovely room, good location, a short walk away from the beach and local shops and only a 5 minute cab ride away from bournemouth rail station. A lovely place, would definitely recommend to anyone, and we will stay there again if returning to bournemouth.

  The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the owner who makes you feel as if you were staying with a friend. I had an ensuite shower in my room which was tucked in quite well, making the most of the space but the bathroom for rooms without facilities was nearby and looked very nice. The décor is done in 'Beach' style which is very pleasant. ... wat mensen zeggen » The room and public spaces were very clean. The breakfast was lovely. The location is ideal for local shops, gardens and beach and for bus stops to - Top place, extremely nice lady owner, highly recommended. Very very large room (I had a double with my daughter), nicely furnished, Bathroom was in the hallway, but privat, a little bit awkward, I would have preferred en suite, there was a sink in the room, though. WiFi worked. Enough parking space along the streets. Very quiet residential area, bus stop 3 min away, 5-10 min walk to Boscombe Pier (beach), just perfect. I would definitely book again.

  As soon as we drove up the drive, Seamus was ready to greet us. The welcome was warm and throughout our 3-day stay we felt like house-guests and not customers. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and smart. Breakfast was excellent with each preference and whim catered for very proficiently. Seamus and Sue offer a lovely home from home and a warm welcome. - We fully enjoyed our stay. Great quality, spotlessly clean rooms and amazing breakfast ! Fresh milk, bottled water and chocolates, coffee & tea facilities on arrival and after a long day exploring this beautiful area was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

  The care and attention to detail shown by Dexter and Olitia (the owners) in restoring and modernising this lovely building is excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and loved the setting, rooms, decor - everything about the place actually! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable.
