We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

I would strongly recommend yotel for the purpose for which iIused it i.e. an overnight stay before an early flight. There were no tea making facilities but plenty around to buy in the airport . The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time.
