All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Een goed hotel voor het doel van mijn reis. Een kort 2-daags verblijf in de UK met een overvolle agenda, verschillende zakelijke afspraken. Dus makkelijk even een biertjes, slapen, douchen, ontbijten en weg. - Friendly staff despite of the large size of hotel, location, access to airport, clean and modern room, facility it offered (restaurant etc)

Pretty much everything. - I was very impressed with the Premier Inn; despite it being so huge, the staff were helpful, friendly and had plenty of time for you. The rooms were of a very good standard, clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Very convenient for Terminal 5 just a few minutes walk to the bus which
takes you to the door of the hotel.about 10 mins or less, good welcome
easy to find. In a pretty village (before someone plonked an airport
next door) pubs and couple of shops. Early morning local high class taxi
firm took me to airport in 6 minutes for reasonable cost. Plus you can
smoke just outside your room if you book a terrace! Frankly I would
charge more but don't tell them that.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.
