Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location.   Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service.
