  First impression was excellent. When we arrived the room was not yet ready (I’m pretty sure we were early) but the staff immediately got on the phone to get the room ready and directed us to a guest lounge and brought a tray of coffee. The pool and other recreational facilities were well maintained and kept continually clean wi - The staff were always helpful no matter what we asked for. We asked for directions and were given them with a map, we asked for room service 3 hours earlier than stated on the menu and they did it for us. The bar prices were good, the location was excellent, the hotel was clean and looked very nice and expensive, the buffet breakfast was great with everything you could want (full English, yoghurt , fruit).
