  Excellent new facilities.Met by beautiful Latvian girl who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful.Half an hour later picked up by very friendly Latvian driver in their mini bus to take us to The Fox and Goose for a meal ,no charge for the ride and 20% off the food bill when I presented their card. Mini bus in the morning punctual even at the unearthly hour of 5.00 am. 7 minute ride to the airport departures building again no char - The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

  We just liked everything about it. The room was just lovely with everything you could want. Sandra was very helpful, and everything that was promised in the advert happened.   Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. Although the restaurant is a little way from the hote... wat mensen zeggen » l, the hotel bus takes you there and also brings you back. I believe this service will also take you to the airport. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

  The owners/hosts are very helpful and lovely to deal with. The room was fine. I stayed at hotel for one night because I had a very early flight the next morning from Bristol airport, which I'm pleased I did (coming from Cardiff meant it would have been a very very early start otherwise). Just as extra info, I caught a cab from the airport, and ple... wat mensen zeggen » ased I did (despite the 10 pound charge each way) as it seemed quite a walk to me, mostly without footpaths, from the airport to the hotel (only 5 min - Excellent location for airport. Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival. Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place. Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

  Although the location of the hotel is off-road, there was no problem reaching as we were picked up promptly by Mr. Jeth at almost midnight from the airport (less than 10 mins drive) ... extremely friendly and helpful staff. (It was great taking few pictures of the countryside - beside a broken 2 seater someone airplane left there). I had good communication prior to arriving and we were picked up and brought back to the airport the next day all free of charge. We had a travel cot erected in the room prior to our arrival, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wet room was fantastic.   Rachel had sent directions and so we had no problem locating the B&B. We had a suite, with the biggest bed that I have ever slept in. It was lovely to also have a large and comfortable seating area so we could relax in the evening. Rachel suggested a local pub for dinner, and we enjoyed a fabulous meal there. We shall certainly return. - Real good value for money, the place is beautiful... After missing a flight from Bristol, we quickly booked this online and arrived 10 mins later, we were so pleased with our room that we forgot about missing our holiday!! The 2 cold beers on arrival really helped to calm the nerves after an otherwise pretty stressful day... Would definitely recommend :)
