  The room was excellent, spacious, clean and very comforting. Staff were friendly and most of all the receptionist Sertac who was extremely friendly and helpful and would go the extra mile to help the guests, I believe all receptionists should be like him. the gardens, sports courts, playgrounds, swimming pools, all were great. The breakfast was ve... wat mensen zeggen » ry good, but the dinner was fantastic. My family and I really enjoyed the four days we spent in this resort and I strongly recommend it to whomever is - It was Unforgettable stay in that beautiful village "Sapanca", the nature the weather the food every thing was wonderfull, the staff were so friendly and special thanks to Mr. Maarouf for his cooperation and hospitality.
