  The Urgup Konak Hotel is just amazing!!! When we search a hotel we want to know if it´s safe, organized, clean, in a good place and with a good price. Urgup Konak Hotel has all those caracteristics. Sehmuz, his wife Melahat, the cute dog and the others members off the staff aren´t just professionnels: they are like friends of their guests. We´ve really loved this place, and we recommend it without - so many things can,t be described in points or even in words. staying in Urgup Konak,is the sort of experience ,i wonder i can have again:unique hosts ,well-decorated rooms,and the ambiance of old but alive house because of the good heart ,friendliness and taste of owners:lovely Melahat and Sheymos. we planned to stay 1 night but then we preferred to extend our stay for 2 more nights to enjoy their hospitality even more.

  The staff was very helpfull, helped us hire a private tour, recommended great restaurant, the location is incredible, has a great view, it's located at walking distance from the center of Gerome. It was snowing when we went and the rooms had good heating. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast was very good and abundant. The hotel has excellent decoration, you will be surprised to see tastefully decorated each corner. Owners (father and daughter) are very hospitable, Staff (Serkan, Emrah, Emre, Sukru and others) are unbelievely attentive and make you at home.

  the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot. The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel, according to my opinion, is the best( price,portion,taste,service,atmosphere) fast ... wat mensen zeggen » internet connection. candies/chocolate for guests in the reception. - The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

  The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. We also were able to check-in to the hotel at around 11am with only a short wait whic... wat mensen zeggen » h was appreciated. The rooms were very cute and spacious and included a safe which was appreciated. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

  This is a boutique cave hotel with the feel of a B&B. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is fantastic and will go out of their way to make you happy. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes outside of Ürgüp so far away from the crowds but not so far that it would be inconvenient. The breakfast at the terrace is delicious.   The Lalezar hotel offered excellent value for the comfortable room and location!!! In addition, the staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was nothing less than perfect!! We arrived early and they made the exception to take us in before official check out and also let us take advantage of the wonderful breakfast!!!   I was in Istambul with destination to Capadoccia, but I tried to find a good hotel and I found in my opinion the best hotel of goreme. Apart of it, this 5 stars hotel has a wonderful view from the city and just 2 minutes walk to the center of Goreme city. - Grand Cave Suites was a magnificent place to stay; carved out of part of one of the many Faerie Chimneys there in Goreme, the rooms give you an amazing feeling of wonderment. Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The owner and manger so thoughtful. They called our room early (at 0700) to say breakfast was ready--in order to avoid the rush of a tour

They have hearts of gold and treated my friend and me like lost family.
