The size of the apartme - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was compact but very clean and tidy situated on a fairly quiet side street .It was serviced each day-even the dishes were done for us.Great to have the kitchenette (even though loads of restaurants in vicinity.) The room was very cosy and lots of storage. The place by situtation is very close to central streets, to Yerebatan Cistern, and from the other side- to Sirceci station. the rooms are comportable and look very nice. The facilities inlcude everything that you need during the trip, it was very nice. I enjoyed my stay in Yenicery House and I am going to stay there again next time! I thank the staff of Yenicery House and its management for your efforts and good work!

  The staff were awesome and very friendly, I had a feeling that I am at home. The rooftop terrace has an excellent view to Marmara sea, and looking down I could see a nice little square. A typical Turkish breakfast was served on terrace. A nice tea house next door was open all the time. Rooms are okay - middle level but clean.   Location is excellent close to Blue Mosque, room was big and bare floor (without carpet!), good bed and pillow. I was afraid to choose small hotel when night temperature dropped close to zero but here the room had modern inverter heat pump air conditioner that was silent and kept room temperature just what you wanted! - Staff were fantastic, they... wat mensen zeggen » all spoke good,clear English, always helpful and very polite, clearly the best hotel staff we encountered in Turkey. The Hotel was in a perfect location. We can not sing the praises of this hotel enough!
