  The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). We didn't use the in-hotel spa, but it als - Everything! The hotel is great! It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi, resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia sofia and blue tzami.
