  Location, when you get off at Sirkeci tram station, 3 minutes walk up the street perpendicular to the station called Ankara Cadessi and it’s on a street right before you reached the end corner, second very slim pink building, almost opposite the BIM supermarket. It isn’t a hotel, rather an apartment which I like very much, no breakfast to wake up early to and no reception to pass by every morning. Sw - Great location, within walking distance of all Sultanahmet tourist locations. Very close to Sirkesi tram station. Comfortable studio apartment, with elevator. Good WiFi reception. Mini market just across the street and restaurants close by. Host Husyen is very helpful and can assist with travel arrangements in Istanbul as well as other places in Turkey. Mind you this is not a typical hotel, so no reception. But someone is available on the phone to assist with late arrivals or early departures.

  I selected this hotel after reading Alisa and Neville reviews, and I would say both were very well defined. Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions.   A lot of thanks to staff!!! a lot, a lot!!! You helped me so much! I really recommend this hostel. Excellent location in the centre of the city. Cheap price for a single tourist. No noise. People write they wake up because of prayers in the early mornings. I slept and heard nothing (I closed the window)! Reception 24 hours (I arrive at 6.30am and... wat mensen zeggen » could have a bath and breakfast). Good Internet. But you need to know it is really simple rooms!!! - I stayed for two nights and was on my own. The room was very small, about 2x2m2 but I didn't need it to be bigger. All I wanted was a place to sleep at night and leave my luggage during the day. There was a double bed in the room, with a very comfortable, hard mattress, a sink, a mirror and a TV. There was also very good wi-fi. It was quiet and clean. Centrally located, super cheap, friendly receptionist. Perfect for me.
