staff were ausume, frienly, well speaking english and helpfull. location was the best, in heart of best live street of city ,in Isteglal st. very good breakfast, they upgrade our reservation to suit with no eaxtra charge as was low season yet. safe box in front desk and they kept our luggage for 5 days till we came back of our local trip.

The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. The hotel staff and owner extended a genuinely warm welcome. I stayed on the ground floor and in one of the suites upstairs. Both the cozy downstairs bedroom to the small flat upstairs, all facilities had a high standard of comfort and quality. The rooftop terrace is an inviting place to relax while watching ferries cross the Bosporus.
The Cihangir neighborhood has a bohemian feel and gives you easy walking distance access to Taksim Square, a transport hub.
I definitely will return to Urban Sui
