  This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! This was absolutely mind-blowing, in the end we even got free coffee and kids got free desert. The staff make you feel totall - The Grand Washington hotel was located in an ideal location for exploring the city - walkable to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and other cultural sites. The staff was very accommodating - when we had problems with our first room, they rushed to switch us to a larger and more comfortable room. The manager even ensured delivery of a fruit plate to the room, as well as a gift of a doll to our baby daughter. The staff went above and beyond, always going out of their way to be helpful. It also situated nearby lively street, which is only a 10-minute walk away with lots of restaurants, shops and Tram Station.   We really enjoyed our stay there, staff was very friendly and tried to help us as much as they could. The room was small but it was really comfort for two persons. Nice breakfast with open buffet.
