  This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived late in the evening, about 11 pm, and they called for the chef and opened the restaurant just for us, and got two waiters to serve us! This was absolutely mind-blowing, in the end we even got free coffee and kids got free desert.   The staff at Bulvar Palas are not just good -- they are exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English, were accommodating beyond belief (we arrived at 6 a.m. hoping just to check our bags while we went sightseeing and they offered to rush making up a room for us so we could get in there at 10 a.m. without being asked). It is 4 stars only in the papers, because in reality it is a 5 star hotel!!! Even when we had a problem with a taxi, resemptionist came and fight with him with a sucessful end! Location is also great, 10 min by taxi from taksim and 4 tram station from hagia sofia and blue tzami.

Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous.
