We have stayed at Pera Capitol for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is great, only one minute from Istiklal Street, and three minutes from the Tunel, Nostalgic Tram stop and Sishane Metro Station. staff were very helpful, kind and prompt. The room was clean and the breakfast was so nice even though it has little numbers of items compared to 5 stars hotel. The people there are helpful and try to assist the customers as much as they can. Location is great. You can access all kinds of transportation from that street. TV has all the channels you want.
