  I stayed at this hotel for two night. It seemed to hard to get at this hotel from airport, but later I found out that near hotel is menro stantion. To get from metro very easy - about 8 stansion. It is not close to seafront, but near Hotel are a lot of taxi and another transport - to get somewhere not problem.

The location is perfect near the train station, coach stop and a short distance (around 10 minutes) to the main area near the sea. Contrary to the other reviews I had read, the staff at the hotel all had a basic knowledge of English.   nice, clean hotel and very nice staff )) - It was quiet, clean and had an in-room bathroom/shower. The air conditioner worked well, and since the hotel is on a side street, it kept out the noise. Breakfast was simple and ample. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.
