I had a delightful surprise staying at the Taksim Star; very impressed by the room, soft yet crisp sheets; the bathroom was really clean, too!! They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. It's withing walking distance to Taksim square from where you can take taxis, buses, tram, metro and the shuttle to and from the airports. Restaurants, markets and shops nearby. This hotel is in excellent location, near Taksim Square. It is very well connected with other parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned once in two days. Rooms have air conditioning (which will not be charged extra), TV, new bathroom. -
