  The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It was good to be able to talk to fluent English speakers. The room was quiet and very clean. Being able to use the terrace and internet any time was much appreciated.

  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros. Walking distance to cruises, bazaar, and historic sites. Metro station Sishane at walking distance.   Communications with site management throughout the booking process were crisp and complete and when we arrived in Istanbul, the management team text'ed after our landing asking if we needed anything and that they would expect us shortly, giving us their cell number in case we had any questions. Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day. The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

  I liked the comfortbale and beautifuly designed rooms, they had used every bit of space, since the rooms were a bi t small, but it hink they must have spent around 15 thousand dolalrs in each rooms decorationa and remodelling. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!

I will highly recommend this hotel appartment for any ones except Elderly people and ones with Mobility problem .   The stuff was very helpful, you get felling at you are staining at home. The location is good; with waking distant (1- 2 km) you can reach many good places. Taksem , Kabtash tram, ISIS ,and mall. The apartment was clean and quite good for small family. If you are no - My host was the greatest. Erol is outgoing and interested in making sure his guests are safe and informed. The rooms are nice sized, though the shower is unusual. He has only seven rooms but had had cancellations because of reporting about Taksim Square so I was the only guest for the first days. Erol took me on a tour of the city. I'm sure I wouldn't have seen so much if not for him. And I'm sure he saved me from being gouged by taxis.
