  As we stayed at Akin Suites for a week plus 2 more overnight stays during trips through Turkey, this became our special little home. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, the suites are fresh and spacious and have kitchens, a sitting room, and the all important item while travelling- a washing machine! The close by market area of Kadikoy is great fun and w - Clean and cozy place in a very active area ..close to a lot of restaurants and coffeeshops . 2 minutes away from sea transportation ( it took us 15 minutes to reach the European side!! ). The owner was so welcoming and friendly , he did every thing possible to make our stay comfort .he gave us a discount too :)

  Location is just perfect - 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Nice breakfast at the terrace - though the terrace is in another hotel (5 min walk) which was weird. Rooms are okay - middle level but clean.   The location was perfect, very near to our conference center (lutfi kirdar). The apartment had all amenities as promised, mainly the kitchen ware. We had a good time cooking. The rooms were clean. The staff were very cooperative and flexible. They were happy to accept currency in euro itself. Things we liked: - Location: the hotel is located in sultanahmet, which is close to the city's landmarks (TopKapi, Blumosque, AgaSofia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazzar) and others. The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers. Staff is extremely kind and helpful! Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

  De service die we kregen was uitmuntend. De jongeman die het beheer van het appartement deed was bijzonder vriendelijk en was zeer bereid te helpen met bagage, geven van informatie over de stad en het regelen van een taxi voor de terugvlucht. Het appartement was uiterst comfortabel, heerlijk bed en gratis wifi. Alles op loopafstand (wel een heel s... wat mensen zeggen » teile berg op) met op de hoek een lokaal winkeltje en tegenover een supermarkt.(alles hallal) - The building has 3 stories and houses 2 studios per floor. The studios are well equipped for groups, families and couples who don't mind a home away from home on vacation and do not demand a traditional hotel with all its services attached. It was quiet for normal sleepers, fussy sleepers who like open windows at night should take earplugs, since the 5 o'clock prayer could be heard (a fussy sleeper mentioned this to me) The staff was the most helpful I have ever seen - we parted as friends. The - Loved the Location as it is fairly close to all the major tourist spots like Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Bascilica Cistern. There is a very nice cafe just across the road where you can have breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Free Wifi available in the room and the speed was great. Kahar, the guy managing the place was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend the place for anyone to stay.
