  The view of the Bosphorus and the Marmaris sea from the spacious room was magnificent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked perfectly day and night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The rooftop pool and the indoor pool and spa were superb.(Indoor open til 11pm) The staff friendly and helpful. Our friends on that side had to suffer - The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus.   From the moment we arrived the time we spent in this hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, room was excellent, food was good.   The location is great which is a walking distance from a lot of historical locations and also from the famous Istanbul Bazaar. It's very quite, relaxing and clean. The room and bathroom spaces are very well managed and organized. I know it will be my first choice the next time i come to Istanbul
