Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.

Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with
young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. -
The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

We are 3 friends and stayed in this hotel for a week in May'13.
Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

I read so many critics about the services and standard of the hotel just a night before traveling there. To my surprise, the services where nothing compared to what I've read online. If something, it is better than I've ever expected as for the apartments are extremely bigger and more beautiful than the pictures online.
Everywhere is properly cleaned, all equipments and facilities are up and running, good customer service, 24hr room service and you find taxis parked outside all the time(24hr).
