The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It was good to be able to talk to fluent English speakers. The room was quiet and very clean. Being able to use the terrace and internet any time was much appreciated.

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
Very well for family tourism.

Best location in Istambul.
It's just 5 min walking to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Tram stop and 15 min walking to Gran Bazar.

The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! Location - The hotel was very close to the Sultanahmet tourist area, with some gift shops, coffee shops and restaurants right next door.
The night manager (I think his name was Usman) was a good guide point to various areas and activities.
The hotel itself is rather small, just enough room to put your bags and walk to you bed, but it is what you pay for.

The dorm rooms and facilities are amazing with private curtains for the beds as well as some of the nicest bathrooms/showers I have ever seen in a hostel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet or the old town of Istanbul that was formerly Constantinople. It is within walking distance to many of the historical attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern and Topaki Palace. The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.
