Friendly staff & good Breakfast

Pleasent facilities, nice breakfast and amazing view over Istanbul from the top floor. There are several convenience stores closeby and the Taxim square is only two minutes away.

Very noisy room (street noise) although I stayed in the 7th floor. 40 minutes walk to old city centre.

Beautiful panoram view on the city in the morning on breakfast. Separate lifts, comfort large room.

Staff are very good.

Nuisance from neighboring rooms and sounds issued from abroad.

Location was very good. Hotel and the room were very clean. Breakfast was good.

The size of the room was really small ,not like you see in the photo,you can hardly move,for the size of this room we payed quite alot. We booked this hotel for the spa,but we never did,as the indoor pool was every day cold.

The Girl at the check in desk informed me that I did not have reservations and insisted on that even after I should her the confirmation email. She was Rude and seemed not to like her job. I will never stay there again. I have more negative comments but I will ask Best Western To Remove them as a franchise.

Not recommended its not save staff very miss behaved the receptionist shout to people and throw the card on my face to heart me, and when i call to ask for some service they were shouting, the area Taksim is a very dangerous place its the community for gangs and thieves even the police like them are gangs. You must be cheated by hotels restaurants and hotels , you must check the bell as the always charge extra things even in the shops . Strange country

Not recomended Very bad receptionist and staff they laugh to people insulting and they shout every time we call for anything as once the receptionist throw the cards on my face , the rooms were very smelly specially when the room service clean the room its gets worst, they might use our bath room everytime they clean. Worst hotel ever , area is comunity for gangs and theifs.
