  It was a very very pleasant stay for me. The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent. I would like to thank specially to the whole staff who has been super gentile and helpful sincerely during all services. The position is perfect and very esthetic especiall - - luxury hotel with a long history and famous guests - rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars - staff is excellent- helpful and with good English - breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city - good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving) - just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see - great SPA with hot mine

  The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. - The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman Empire). Still working ))
