From the second I walked into the lobby to check-in... I knew I had to
redefine my definition for a 5 star hotel. The staff were so warm-
hearted and friendly. You don't get that much in Istanbul. It is so
new, so clean, so simple. The rooms - wow! I've stayed in many 5
stars but this is exceptional. And the fitness centre. It was like I was
in wonderland. Indoor pool, massage parlours, you name it. I better stop
as there is so much I love about this hotel, so you should check it out
for yourse

We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is nice especially for business travellers. -
