Training of staff is a major issues however they make it up through their can-do and eager attitude. Location is "iffy' if you are there for site seeing but with 3 daily shuttles, that is not much of an issue either. Breakfast can improve and so can the executive lounge - No exe

Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge .
