  We have been here 3 times now. It is very comfortable. There are other Luxury hotels close by, but this one is the best for us. - Everything WOW in the hotel specially staff, excellent service and beautiful smile and wonderful & varied buffets

  I was very happy with all the staff at the hotel especially a few that really helped me at my stay due to a few problems I had whilst being in turkey alone. The people that really helped me and showed the high standard of the hotel was the operation manager Ahmet levent and also reception leader Mehmet toksun . Also the entertainment in the hotel ... wat mensen zeggen » was fantastic and also could not be anymore helpful with all the guests . Also the staff in the restaurant was helpful and was always waiting for anyt - The hotel was very luxorious and the service was excellent and very family friendly. The food was delicious, with many different options and lots of kid-friendly choices.

  Beach was easy to reach via tunnel. In the middle of October it was peaceful on the pools and children were able to play table tennis nearby pools. Also nice place to play billiard inside. Beach was full of beautiful stones and water was clear. totally it was more positive sides than negative and I could return to this hotel and can recommend it. ... wat mensen zeggen » Only negative issues were hot room and quest relation manager. - The hotel is very luxurious, the rooms are posh, the food in the restaurant, the bars remarkable variety of dishes, master chef fed us отлично.Очень liked Turkish bread, needlewoman, so cleverly she did the bread, it was sheer pleasure to watch.   when I read some of the reviews of the hotel I thought that I made a big mistake when I booked in it , specially what was written about the bad staff and the delay in check in & out . But when I arrived the hotel t 7:30 AM and asked for my room they told me to wait until 2 pm the normal check in time . I told them but I wrote in my booking tha... wat mensen zeggen » t I need early check-in about 8 AM so they rechecked the booking and offer me a free breakfast and asked me to wait until 8 AM . I received my room 8: - Location was amasing, just by the beach. Swimming pools were very clean, spa, hamam and gym were good too. I enjoyed food as well, nice deserts and delicious food choices. Staff was very friendly. They were very professional. I went there with my girlfriend, and in the last evening in the hotel, the staff decorated table for us! So attentive staff! Just behind the hotel there are buses going almost everywhere! Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We booked a Corner Suite...staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a little remote from downtown a car is a huge plus.
