  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent. It is a perfect city hotel in Bangkok. Food is great. - We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, which was just lovely.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  We were in this hotel many many times. I even any more don't know, how many times we were there. Our last visit to this hotel took place in July, 2013. At first, we thought to change hotel to diversify our visit of Bangkok. But then decided that Chatrium for us like a home and decided to go again to Chatrium. And again we didn't regret. There it is always cozy, s - This resort has everything! The apartments are massive, modern, incredible. Pool is stunning, great gym, restaurant, pool bar, wellness spa, children's playground, all day room service... I thought I'd died and gone to heaven...! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Plus the convenience store (mini-mart) located on site was a blessing! Perfect for couples, families, health & wellness, business or leisure travellers.

  The pool and hotel were simple, clean and accessible. We didn't eat there since local food markets were within 5min. Bts Skytrain and pier were also within a 5 min walk. Awesome location if you want to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho and KaoSan Rd. As a bangkok veteran, this was the first trip to those places and it cost me only 20baht for the ferry, ... wat mensen zeggen » no traffic ride on the river. Awesome place, LOCATION...also...cheap massages around the corner. - Excellent service, very accessible location, staff were very helpful with information about the city, would recommend the hotel for a short visit to Bangkok. Sathorn pier is a 5 minute walk away, and much of the old city is best visited by the ferry. Shopping districts accessible from the BTS station, also a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

  Great value, good sized rooms, heaps of storage. Good bathroom, efficient Aircon. Big fridge, microwave and kettle. Small patio balcony area to all rooms. Really good area to stay and explore city via taxi and or bts. Not a touristy area, mostly locals and foreign workers stay in this area, lots of great hawker food immediately available outside t... wat mensen zeggen » he hotel. Great coffee shops and plenty of co vengeance stores 7/11 etc within 1 min walk. - The convenience stores are only few seconds walking distance from the hotel. There are a lot of local street foods near the hotel early in the morning and this is the best part we like the most.
