  Was located right in the middle of everything which was great. We were surprised by how comfortable the room was for the price - simple, but as good as any more expensive places we have stayed during our trip. - it's a good place,though it' s a little to find it.

  Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. A Family Mart shop is 10m away where you can buy groceries and in the evenings a food market is 100m away where you can buy an assortment of foods for dinner. Free wifi and 2 bottle... wat mensen zeggen » s of water a day were good. Had small bar fridge for refrigeration of foods. Good value, nice and clean rooms with nice bathroom and small balcony. Go - Staff were amazing! Always helpful, ordering best deal taxis... Great place to stay. Huge rooms only 10 mins walk to patong beach. Must try the steak at the restaurant... The Italian chef knows his stuff!! :)

  Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut... wat mensen zeggen » e walk to the centre of Patong or a 5 min taxi ride away . Which all cost 200 THB which can add up during your holiday . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done

  Great value, very central, nice rooms - The suff at the reception desk was really helpfull, perfect english speaking. The location is not bad, almost near the main streat of Phuket town.

  When we arrived at the Natalie Resort, there was no room free, so we got a luxury apartment in the adjacent "Lucky Friend Boutique Hotel". Natalie Resort and Lucky Friend Boutique Hotel together form a U-shaped Hotel complex: one 4-storey high construction that doesn't look like it contains 2 different hotels. Somehow the stuff seems to work toget... wat mensen zeggen » her, so we got for the price for a Natalie superior room the luxury apartment of Lucky Friend. It was quite modern, very clean, spacious, had a big ba - very friendly staff!! Its located not far from the beach, but not in the touristic area, so thats nice. The building is very new and very clean. Rooms are very comfortable, cleaned every day, very large and well equiped bathroom!!

  It is a new hotel, good value for money. Very clean, good design and helpful staff. It is a little walk distance from the town attractions, but it make it a quite area to relax. There are 2 ways to go to the beach: short one through a stinky river (5-7min) or a long way through the town.
