We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Best location to stay in Bangkok. Connected directly to Paragon Shopping Mall ~ the biggest and best in the city. Also direct access to the Skytrain. A highly recommended hotel!

What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome.
