  Was greeted on arrival & told that the bungalow was open & that the air con was switched on, I could check-in once I was settled. This was the start of a very relaxed approach to life at the guesthouse. The bungalows are in a tranquil setting although its just minutes away from the sights & sounds of Ayutthaya. Inside is basic but comfortable: a bench, bed, tv, air con unit & ceiling fan. a sliding door leads - My little daughter and I stayed in a aircon bungalow with a nice private terrace, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. It's a very cozy place to stay. The owner is helpful as regards to sightseeing tips, and the guesthouse offers arrangements for boat trips where a tuk-tuk takes you to the pier and back. The guesthouse is located conviniently next to the historical park, the nearest temple ruins just two hundred meters away. The bus stop for Bangkok is closeby too. The guesthouse has free and we

  This was the second time I staied here, it's really a lovely place to stay in Ayutthaya, the Lady is very kind and helpful, the rooms are fair sized, the common area is amazing, they provide free coffee or tea any time yo want, bicycle and motor bike rental, really one of the best place I staied in Thailand for a very good money value - We liked ... wat mensen zeggen » everything. It was a small cosy place with a friendly homely atmosphere, friendly welcoming staff, clean comfortable rooms, decent food if you order (they cook themselves). It is 30 min walk to the historical centre, a bit tiring in the heat, but otherwise everything was excellent!

  The building is just amazing - the superior double room we stayed in was the best we had during our whole holiday. From outside it looked like an antique wardrobe - amazing! The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything. Breakfast is included which is quite handy as the area is a bit away from most of the restaurants. If you arrive from Bangkok as we did you will probably enjo - The staff was exremly helpful and friendly. Regarding some of the previous comments to this hotel: there are futon beds so this is what you can expect. The rooms are basic but very nice. The hotel lies more or less quiet and the temples, nightmarket and supermarket are close. Breakfast was also great!

  Lovely spacious and light rooms, great bathrooms and wonderful staff. The place and guests are very well cared for and the food and juices that we tried were all wonderful. This place is a gem. The wooden buildings are charming, the rooms come with a mosquito net. The upstairs shower is unnderneath a tree- so you shower under a tree which I really liked! However, make sure you have dinner somewhere in town before you return, sice the location is not central and there are no restaurants nearby. A - The most friendly place we've stayed in during 3 week honeymoon trip around Thailand. This is a perfect place for those who would like to stay active in Ayutthaya - the place offers very cheap bike rental. In the evenings, the owner performed jam sessions, keeping most of the visitors involved in playing or singing. The view over the river is beautiful. The house has a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are cosy. Perfect place to enjoy a full moon festival. I regret we didn't stay here for 2 n
