  Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. - We stayed 5 nights at the hot... wat mensen zeggen » el and got free upgrate to sunwing pool access room. overall it was great experience. big resort, nice pools and Belgian caffee is in there. the room was spacious, cleaning was fair. location is good. would love to go back again.

  the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the room size and the comfortable bed/ pillows, the big bath tub...and the surprise cake provided by the hotel to celebrate our anniversary as well as our little 2 yr old girl's birthday....was given 3 cakes so the kids each have a cake with their own name on it and don't have to fight over it! would love t... wat mensen zeggen » o go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family! - This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.
