Eric and Philip are quite nice people. Everything was good. Tatum is located very near to general Patong POI. Believe I will come back.
Very comfortable room, clean . In the fist room the air conditioner was loud and we asked to move to another room, which was done immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff, location is good. Booked for one night, stayed all 3.

Very helpful staff, whatever was the question about, further than the hotel itself. We had to travel to Ao Nang the next day and Philip arranged the transport that best fitted to us. Thank you!

Tatum Mansion was impeccably clean, modern, spacious & fantastic customer service. Was a little unsure from the photos on the net but after reading a few good reviews on trip TripAdvisor I am so happy we stayed here. Excellent location. 1 minute walk to the beach. 5 mins to shopping district & 5 mins to Bangla Rd. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be returning.
Great location, close to the beach and Bangladesh Road, yet very quiet. Large comfortable rooms, and Philip is a great source of help whenever needed.
Location - not far from the beach (5min) and bangla road (10min). Quiet after 1am. Friendly stuff - especially Aric Free beachtowels Pooltable Good bed, and other furniture
Interesting fact I am surprised nobody mentioned so far: Some of the rooms are connected by an extra door. Through this door you can actually hear ANITHING what is going on in the neighboring room. My last night I was unlucky to have such a room and the neighboring room was occupied. Well yeah ... it was a looong night, because of all the noise and moans (don’t forget you are staying at Patong!). And it was a“superior room”. I changed hotel the very next day...
Location - quiet at night. Bed was good, not so hard as the usual Thai-bed.
Aircon was really slow - could not get below 25 degrees in room!
