  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. The hotel was very clean, with good in-room service.The staff were amazing and helpful and always told us what to look out/beware of when ever we were going somewhe... wat mensen zeggen » re. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent. It is a perfect city hotel in Bangkok. Food is great. - We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, which was just lovely. The suite was huge and the bathroom alone was probably ... wat mensen zeggen » bigger than my first apartment. It a wonderful refuge from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.
