They save our bags for a complete day even that we didn't have a booking that day. It was a 5 minute walk to an awesome night life. But far enough away where you didn't get the noise. Also the staff was super friendly. They got us a tuk tuk multiple times and negotiated the price. The hotel has daily room service, and complimentary two bottles of water are provided daily. My little daughter and I arrived at 10 a.m, exhausted of our 24hour trip, and we were given a room right away, despite of the f - The rooms were clean and comfortable, you could request that they be cleaned each day. Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were very busy but were always helpful and polite to us. Very efficient.   Great location near all the action. Clean hotel which I have stayed at a few times and have always been happy. Friendly and honest staff. Dropped my wallet out of my pocket. Received a knock on the door and was returned by a staff member with nothing missing.   Good walking distance to the ' great palace and others. Only 3-4 minuts walking to the pier where you can take the boat into the city for only 15 baht p.p. On the last pier station (Taksin Station) you can walk easily to the skybar or take the skytrain to siamcenter etc. The room was clean and had everything for a good 2-4 day citytrip.
